Delivery Policy

Envisio is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. This page explains how the service is delivered to you, when delivery is considered complete, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. What you receive
- Tokens — credits used to generate AI redesigns. Each generation consumes one token.
- Generated images — AI-rendered redesigns of the rooms you upload, stored on your account and downloadable as standard image files.
- Account access — continuous access to the Envisio web application for the duration of your plan.
2. Delivery method
Delivery is fully electronic. There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no postal address required from you. Tokens are credited to your account on our servers; generated images are made available for download directly inside the application.
3. Delivery times
- Tokens (one-time pack or subscription): credited to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor. In rare cases (e.g. bank verification delays), crediting may take up to 15 minutes.
- Generated images: available for viewing and download in the application immediately after the generation completes — typically within 30–120 seconds per image, depending on system load.
- Account access: immediate after sign-up via our authentication provider.
4. When delivery is considered complete
Delivery of tokens is complete when they appear in your account balance. Delivery of a generated image is complete when the image is available in your generation history in the application. You can download generated images at any time while your account is active.
5. If a generation fails
If a generation does not deliver successfully, the token is automatically credited back to your balance. See the Refund Policy for the conditions and mechanics.
6. If tokens are not credited
If your payment was successful but tokens have not appeared in your account within 15 minutes, please email support@envisio.design with your order or subscription ID and we will resolve the issue, usually within one business day.
7. Geographic availability
Envisio is available worldwide wherever access to our website is permitted by local law. Because the service is delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees, customs charges, or regional delivery restrictions.
