Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Envisio is a tool for redesigning real interior spaces. This policy sets out the content and uses we do not allow, and what happens if the rules are broken. It applies to everyone who uses the service and supplements our Terms & Conditions.
1. Prohibited content
You may not upload, generate, or distribute through Envisio:
- sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW imagery;
- depictions of real, identifiable individuals without their documented consent — including their faces, likenesses, or recognisable personal possessions;
- recreations of copyrighted interiors, branded products, or trademarked designs presented or sold as your own original work;
- imagery depicting minors in any context other than ordinary, incidental presence in a standard residential room (e.g., a child in their bedroom in a family photo); never in poses, framings, or contexts that sexualise, endanger, or exploit them;
- content that promotes hatred, harassment, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or any activity that is illegal in your or our jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Envisio to:
- resell or relicense generated images as stock photography on stock imagery platforms;
- train, fine-tune, or evaluate competing generative AI models on Envisio inputs or outputs;
- run automated, scraped, or otherwise programmatic bulk generation beyond ordinary interactive use, or operate accounts on behalf of undisclosed third parties at scale;
- present AI-generated images as photographs of real, existing spaces in a way that misleads consumers — for example, in real estate listings of properties whose actual condition does not match the rendered image, or in editorial contexts that imply the image is a documentary photo;
- circumvent token metering, reverse engineer the service, share an account with unrelated users, or interfere with its operation.
3. AI-generated images and disclosure
Envisio outputs are produced by AI. When you publish them in a context where viewers might reasonably assume they are photographs of an existing space (real-estate listings, news, “before / after” case studies, marketplace listings), you must label them clearly as AI-generated or as a concept render. This protects viewers and protects you.
4. Enforcement
If we believe an account has violated this policy, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- remove the offending content;
- suspend or terminate the account, including for repeat or severe violations;
- forfeit unspent tokens on accounts terminated for cause;
- report the conduct to the appropriate authorities, where required by law.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe content generated, uploaded, or distributed via Envisio violates this policy — including content that depicts you or someone you know without consent — please report it to support@envisio.design. Include enough information for us to identify the content (URL, account email if known, screenshots), and the nature of the violation. We acknowledge abuse reports within 2 business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the legal landscape evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use of Envisio after an update means you accept the revised policy.
